This explains what Raffle stores, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it to what's needed to run the bot.

What we store

• When you log in to the dashboard: your Discord ID, username, display name and avatar, and the list of servers you can manage. We keep your login session and Discord login token so you stay logged in.
• About each server: its name, icon, member count, and its channels, roles and emojis (so the dashboard can show them in lists).
• Settings you save: the giveaway settings, the last 25 versions of them, and a log of who changed what.
• Giveaways: the prize and details, the host, when it ends, who entered (by Discord ID, with their number of bonus entries) and who won.
• Our support server: for tickets, who opened and closed them and the topic. When a server adds or removes Raffle, its name, member count, owner and an invite link are posted for our team.

Messages

Raffle doesn't read your messages. It only sees button presses, its own commands and the forms you fill in. It never sends DMs.

How we use it

Only to run Raffle and its dashboard, keep them safe from abuse, and fix problems. We don't sell your data, use it for ads, or share it with anyone except the services that run Raffle: Discord, and Cloudflare, which hosts the dashboard and its database.

How long we keep it

• Login sessions last until you log out, or 400 days without using the dashboard.
• The dashboard's change log is kept for 90 days.
• Ended giveaways stay on the dashboard for a year.
• Server settings stay when the bot is removed, so adding it back restores them, unless you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

• Log out of the dashboard at any time from your profile menu.
• Server admins can reset settings from the dashboard.
• Removing Raffle from your server stops it collecting anything new there.
• To see or delete what we store about you or your server, ask in our support server.

Children

Raffle is meant for people old enough to use Discord under Discord's own age rules.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
