Terms of Service

Last updated 30 October 2026

These terms apply when you add Raffle to a Discord server, use its commands, or log in to its dashboard. By doing any of those, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use Raffle.

Discord's rules come first

Raffle runs on Discord, so you also have to follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Raffle is not made by or affiliated with Discord.

Using it fairly

Don't use Raffle to:

• harass, threaten, scam or spam people
• break the law or Discord's rules
• try to break, overload or get around its limits, or get data you're not meant to have
• pretend to be us or someone else

Server owners and admins are responsible for how they set Raffle up in their server and for what it posts there.

Giveaways

Raffle only runs the draw. Whoever starts a giveaway is responsible for the prize: describing it honestly and actually giving it to the winners. We are not involved in, and not responsible for, any prize.

It's free, and provided as it is

Raffle is free. We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be online, free of bugs, or that features won't change or be removed. Raffle is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Limits of our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using Raffle, from it being unavailable, or from what other people do with it. This includes lost data, missed giveaways and actions taken by moderators in your server.

Ending access

You can stop using Raffle at any time by removing it from your server. We may stop Raffle from working in a server, or for a person, that breaks these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Keep using the bot after a change and you accept the new version.
